Return/Exchange Packaging Requirements
- Product must be in original packaging/box. 
A used NIMBUS is NOT eligible for a refund.  

- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery receipt.

- If you received your item as a gift, please reach out to our support team at hello@nimbus.com. Include any information you have (order number, the name or email of the person on the original order, etc.) and we will follow up respectively.

-Domestic orders will receive a return label. Please request a receipt when dropping off your package.

- International orders will pay to return and will be provided a refund on the original cost of shipping.

-The customer is required to show proof of return (tracking number/tracking link) or other proof that the return was dropped off at the post office or delivery service provider. Once that info has been provided, the customer will then receive either their Store Credit or Refund, depending on the option chosen. 

- The customer, both domestic and international, is asked to pay for shipping on the new exchange order and any duty or customs fees associated.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will refund items if they are damaged/defect when received, please send us a picture of the item to hello@nimbusla.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
